| To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please carefully review the following policies before your appointment. 1) Nail & Skin Conditions For safety and hygiene reasons, we may refuse or modify services in the following cases: ・Nail infections or conditions such as green nail syndrome, nail separation, severe skin irritation, open wounds, or inflammation ・Allergic reactions to gel nail products, adhesives, acetone, or similar materials in the past ・Severe hangovers or conditions that may affect safe treatment If symptoms worsen due to undisclosed conditions, the salon cannot be held responsible. A medical certificate may be requested if necessary. If a guest receives treatment while concealing such conditions and symptoms worsen as a result, the salon cannot be held responsible. In some cases, a medical certificate may be requested. 2) Gel Nail Durability The longevity of gel nails varies depending on nail condition, lifestyle, water exposure, and daily activities. Results may differ from person to person. 3) Green Nail Syndrome Leaving lifted gel nails untreated may allow moisture buildup, potentially causing bacterial discoloration (“green nail syndrome”). If lifting occurs after treatment, please contact the salon promptly for removal or maintenance. The salon is not responsible for nail issues caused by delayed aftercare. 4) Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables and belongings during treatment The salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. 5) Clothing & Personal Items Nail treatments involve gel products, polish, acetone, and nail dust. Although great care is taken during service, the salon cannot provide compensation for damage or stains to clothing, bags, shoes, or accessories. We recommend wearing clothing that can be comfortably worn during treatment. 6) Guests with Children Many salons do not provide childcare facilities. Please note that salons may contain sharp tools, chemicals, UV/LED equipment, and other items that may be unsafe for children. The salon cannot be held responsible for accidents involving unattended children. 7) Late Arrivals & Cancellations Late arrivals may require shortening the service time or simplifying the requested design. |
| Booking Process |
| 1) Inquiry from the customer. 2) Proposal and quotation provided within two business days. 3) Reservation arrangements commence upon guest’s application. (The cancellation policy becomes effective at this stage.) 4) Booking confirmation notice. (If the reservation cannot be secured, the cancellation policy will not apply.) 5) Payment is required within 48 hours after booking confirmation notice. |
