| To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please carefully review the following policies before your appointment. 1) Health Conditions & Restrictions For safety reasons, treatment may be refused or modified in the following situations: ・Scalp conditions such as eczema, wounds, severe acne, inflammation, or dermatitis ・Fever, intoxication, or severe hangovers ・Pregnancy without prior medical approval ・Recent cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, or thread lifts during the recovery period ・Serious medical conditions including heart disease, stroke history, hypertension, or other conditions requiring physician approval False or undisclosed medical information may result in refusal of service, and the salon cannot be held responsible for related complications. 2) Physical Reactions After Treatment ・Japanese Head Spa treatments are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not medical treatments. ・Some guests may temporarily experience: ・Mild fatigue ・Light headaches ・Muscle soreness ・Relaxation-related body reactions If you experience discomfort during or after treatment, please notify the therapist immediately. 3) Personal Belongings Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables and belongings during treatment The salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. 4) Clothing & Personal Items ・Water, oils, creams, hair care products, and similar items may be used during treatment. While every effort is made to provide treatments with the utmost care, the salon cannot provide compensation or cover cleaning costs for stains or damage to clothing, shoes, accessories, or personal belongings unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the salon. ・If you are wearing eyelash extensions, contact lenses, wigs, hair extensions, or similar items, please note that treatments may cause them to shift, loosen, or become damaged. We recommend removing them beforehand or proceeding with the treatment at your own discretion and understanding. 5) Late Arrivals & Cancellations Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times while the full course fee remains applicable. |
| Booking Process |
| 1) Inquiry from the customer. 2) Proposal and quotation provided within two business days. 3) Reservation arrangements commence upon guest’s application. (The cancellation policy becomes effective at this stage.) 4) Booking confirmation notice. (If the reservation cannot be secured, the cancellation policy will not apply.) 5) Payment is required within 48 hours after booking confirmation notice. |
